How it Works:

  1. Choose which subscription option you would like.

  2. If ordered by the 5th of the month, your box will shortly be delivered in the following days of that month. If ordered after the 5th, your subscription will start the following month.

  3. All subscriptions will renew automatically on the same date of purchase of each month or every 3, 6 or 12 months depending on which option you have selected.

  4. If selecting a prepaid subscription, it will not renew after your last box is delivered.

  • Boxes get shipped between the 6th-10th of each month. You will receive a email reminder about your box along with tracking details for that month's box.

  • You will usually receive a mixture of 5-8 full size & mini size beauty products worth at least $100 of the latest & greatest Aussie beauty brands. The value and number of products in each month's box will change.

  • Unfortunately Snowy Gum boxes are only available as part of a subscription. If you would like to try one box, we recommend getting a monthly subscription which can be cancelled any time. We just need one days notice before your subscription renews.

    • Go to the account tab or login;

    • Select Subscription;

    • Select which active subscription you would like to cancel;

    • In the subscription details, select cancel subscription;

    • You should then receive an email confirming the cancellation.
