Thank you for shopping with Snowy Gum Box! We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, and our shipping policy is designed to keep you informed about how we handle your orders.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to; List of Countries. For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees or duties may apply.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days of the 5th of each month. 

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping with our boxes. Estimated delivery time of 2-3 days for domestic addresses and 5-7 days for international addresses. 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs for domestic (Australian) addresses are included in the price for all products. For international addresses a fee may apply. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order status through your account on our website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time or if you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact our customer service team at contactus@snowygumbox.com We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, contact us immediately.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or certain restricted areas. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping option.

We may update our shipping policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review our policy periodically.

Return’s Policy

We aim to ensure 100% customer satisfaction!

If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you have ordered, we will be happy to replace or refund it. We are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind or due to the incorrect product being ordered.

You can contact us anytime for any questions you may have before purchasing.

We ask that you email us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence of your claim. Once your claim has been verified, we will either send out a replacement of your order or a refund of the purchase price will be organised, depending on what is discussed in the email.

For 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions that have already started, we may consider a partial refund for certain circumstances.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renews until cancelled through the website. If you are on a monthly subscription, you will be billed on the 5th of each month. If you are on a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, you will be billed every 3, 6 or 12 months on the 5th of the month. Unless a subscription is cancelled 2 days before the renewal dates, the subscription will automatically renew for a further subscription period and you will be charged the subscription price.

Order cancellation:

You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order is confirmed and paid for, Snowy Gum Box will not provide a refund unless Snowy Gum Box is unable to fulfil your order. Snowy Gum Box reserves the right to cancel or modify an order at anytime due to suspicion of fraud, supply issues, shipping delays or a product becoming unavailable.

Please shop carefully as we are unable to make changes once an order is placed, this is so orders are dispatched as soon as possible.
